Who We Are

Anand has more than 25 years of experience in advancing clean energy technologies through research and policy analysis, including leadership roles in a clean energy thinktank, strategic climate philanthropy and at a US national lab. He also holds a PhD from University of California, Berkeley.

Cécile founded and led the Stichting Funder Forum, helping build a climate philanthropy network focused on energy transition. She previously worked at Transport & Environment on European climate and transport policy and cross-sector collaboration.

Dan has been leading and advising on climate and clean energy for philanthropy, governments and businesses across the world for 27 years. He is also Chief Energy Officer for Integrate to Zero, working across Asia, Latam, Africa and Europe.

Rebecca is an experienced EU policymaker, having served in the European Commission before working on international and European energy transition in foundations.

Qian’s career has been dedicated to supporting organisations with effective strategies in service of a thriving society. She previously worked at Growald Climate Fund, supporting the team in a time of rapid growth, and holds a MSc in sustainable urban planning from Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan.

Sher Khashimov is the GGC Operations Director with over 15 years of project and operations management experience in international development settings across the world. He holds a master's degree in policy analysis and energy systems from Indiana University.

Till’s mission is to bring more capital to upgrade and expand grid infrastructure by working with governments, development banks, investors, utilities and other stakeholders.
